Welcome to Kaltryx LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to the following terms.1. Services
Kaltryx LLC provides online notary services in accordance with applicable Texas laws governing Remote Online Notarization (RON). Services may include acknowledgments, jurats, and other lawful notarial acts performed via approved audio-video communication technology.Kaltryx LLC does not provide legal advice, financial advice, or document preparation services. Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their documents.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our services.3. Identity Verification
All clients must complete identity verification as required by law. This may include credential analysis, knowledge-based authentication (KBA), and audio-video recording.Failure to complete identity verification will result in cancellation of the session.4. Payment
Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Fees are non-refundable once a notarization session has been completed.5. Cancellations & Refunds
If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues, failed identity verification, or client error, refunds may be issued at our discretion.6. Limitation of Liability
Kaltryx LLC is not responsible for the content, legality, or enforceability of any document notarized. Our role is limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures in accordance with applicable law.7. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee acceptance of notarized documents by third parties.8. Governing Law
